Ashley Kim currently resides and practices Respiratory Therapy in Los Angeles, California. A native Korean, she graduated from East Los Angeles College with an associate degree in Respiratory Therapy. Before receiving her Respiratory License degree, she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She presently attends UCLA where she is pursuing another Bachelors degree. An accomplished linguist, she spends time practicing her ability to communicate in 5 languages.

James Kregal is originally from upstate New York and has been living in southern California since 2002. James has been a Respiratory Therapist since 1997 and is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and a Neonatal Pediatric Specialist. He works as a staff therapist in the NICU at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center.

DeeAnna Serna Flood graduated from San Joaquin Valley with an associate degree in Respiratory Therapy and later trained in NICU at Cedar Sinai Medical Center. After holding staff positions as a Respiratory Therapist at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, California, Glendale Memorial Hospital in Glendale, California and as a NICU Case Manager, she opted to pursue registry work on a full-time basis. DeeAnna has also instructed in Respiratory Care at Concord Career College.
